“Very comfy super king bed, Fridge in room. Nice bathroom . Pool, sauna, steam room and big jacuzzi. Used gym , pool each morning and had a lovely Elemis facial . Great hot and cold breakfast. Very quiet area but very near ( 10 min) from Metro Centre and 15 min from Newcastle .”

“Everything was third rate. The Spa was closed. The hotel was damp, and there was a noisy dehumidifier machine in the hallway. The rooms walls and ceilings are very thin and it was hard to sleep with noisy neighbours's music. The breakfast was very basic. The reception computer / printer was not working at checkout, so some confusion about the precise charges booked.”
