“Our second stay here. Great position above the lake A good welcome, suitcases brought in from the car, quick check in. Rooms large with everything needed, very comfortable bed, good heating/cooling. Superb views from lake facing rooms, but plenty of viewing opportunites from public areas for those in garden rooms. Regular, reliable and inexpensive bus service to centre of town to avoid parking problems. Pleasant bar.”
“Customer service was impeccable. Hand-written card on the desk was a nice touch. We were also thankful to get an upgrade to a sea view room which had a beautiful view overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the hills. After a long day exploring Queenstown, to soak up in the hot tub for awhile before making our way to dinner in the city - 10/10 will come stay here again.”
