“The hotel offers excellent value for money and is ideally situated just five minute walk from the waterfront. The rooms are spacious and clean with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The hotel was great but the best thing about this hotel was the staff. From the moment we arrived every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. It was a pleasure staying at a hotel with such nice staff as every morning or whenever you returned to the hotel you would be greeted with happy smiling faces. There is also a tour desk that helped us select suitable tours and guides while we were there. Both tours were arranged for us by the hotel and we had excellent local guides that were very knowledgeable and informative. We had a great time in Kuching and would recommend the Meritin hotel to anyone looking for a good quality hotel.”
