“Staff were very good, our room was modern, clean and a good size. Close to shopping - lots to do within walking distance. Hotel food was a very good standard and portions were generous and at reasonable prices. The hotel has excellent in-house facilities such as a spa, restaurants, swimming pool and gym. Nice to see the Meritz getting into the festive spirit with Christmas decorations and festive season promotions. Views from our room (15th floor) were great, and the views from the excellent restaurants were even better. Supplied Internet (free) was really good. Check in was also a pleasant surprise - a couple of minutes and we were on our way to our room.”
