“Metropolitan at the 9 for us is a luxurious hotel with an impeccable staff on all levels. Expert customer service on all levels. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! I had the best sleep I've had in years!!! Excellent food and room service. Very large big screen TV's....2 of them in our suite!! Having a lock box assured us that our valuables were safe. The shower was beautiful and huge and I took the most comfortable showers there of my life! Huge bathroom with huge mirrors everywhere!! Valet service employees were also very kind, helpful and prompt. The front desk employees were incredibly friendly and helpful!!!! They even called a taxi service up for us so we made it to our concert on time!!! Free WIFI was great!! We would definitely stay there again when we travel to Cleveland, Ohio!!!! Thank you!!! All of you!!!! Five stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
