“The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The cafe where breakfast was served was clean and very attractive. Breakfast options was nicely presented. Next to the railway meant very easy access while the bus to Sun Moon lake was a ten minute walk.”
“Right next to the train station and there's a sign above the family mart showing you which way to find the hotel. One excellent member of staff (the older lady who spoke good English) went above and beyond - she made sure I was in the correct meeting point first thing in the morning for the tour they booked for me.”

“It is just a minute walk from the train station, you won't miss it. Staff were helpful and helped find dining locations and directions to certain tourist spots. Room was comfortable, toilet was clean and big. 4 western breakfast sets to choose for breakfast, was okay. ”
“It is located next to the TRA station - superb access! We booked a 3-pax room and a twin room (separate beds). 3-pax room is of "tatami" style; there is mattress and it is comfortable. The beds in the twin room were extremely comfortable! Comfortable shower and sleep! Breakfast was good; there were a few options for bread and egg, and choices of coffee/tea/soya milk! Staffs at the reception area and in the cafe were helpful and extremely good at service recovery.”
“Nice little modern cafe with Tom dixon pendant lamps! Breakfast was included in the cafe and the hotel was extremely close to rhe station. Bed was comfy and the balcony was nice. But the room was pretty small.”
