“I never write a review before because I too lazy too write it down. But for this one, I finally want to write it down to express my gratitude. I booked this for my aunt and her husband for one night just for a little rest before their morning flight back to Hong Kong. This morning, after my aunt checked out and already on the plane so they cannot reach them, then this property called me to inform that my aunt left behind 2 phones at the room and asked when we will pick it up. I'm so shocked and thankful for their honesty and services that I think it's very rare nowdays. Great job! ”

ATMs within walking distance -The service was flawless, responses to specific request like pressing my Batik, comb, TV problem, printing boarding pass was swift and nice -My room got a huge window facing main street and Tunjungan Plaza, my family was in love with the view. The twin beds were wide with comfortable pillows. Bathroom was clean and neat - Due to its location, if you stay on Sunday morning, you can join the Car Free Day crowd. - We did not take breakfast - Value for Money”
