“Overall experience were great. Especially the 3 great staffs below-menitoned: Gym: Emily Zhu, after my first round running around Xiwu, i asked her how long is one around around the lake, she is not sure. Day later, she and her manager ( Ms Tinia Zhou) came back to share with me that Ms Tania had using her GPS the go around the lake and manage to find out the distance the very first thing when i went to the gym the following day. Another good experience was with Mr Cruise Jiang, the conceign, after running the lake, i would like to have bikes to explore surrounding of the beautiful west lake, but being a foreginer ,we have no access to rent a bicycle. without hesitate, he offer to use his personal Hand phone account for me... The above 3 ladies/gentleman went extra miles to make our trip a wonderful trip, we will definitely share our great experience with anyone who like to stay near the beautiful west lake.”
“Great location - 5 minutes from the lovely lakeside park, but also close to the shops. restaurants and cafes of the CBD and the new Kerry Centre, with its pleasant plaza and multiple restaurant and cafe options. Supremely comfortable rooms. fabulous bathroom in our suite, lovely breakfast and the club lounge is excellent, with beautiful views over the lake.”
