“Helpful efficient staff. I when I booked a room at millfields, I requested a lower floor room. We were shown to our room which was upstairs, I said I had expressed a wish for a lower floor room. After the guy had returned to reception he telephoned the room and said he had got us a room on the ground floor. The breakfast was really nice, plenty of choices. Hospitality tray in the room was good.”
