“The staff are amazing, the finishes are top quality, and housekeeping were most accommodating of how we slept all day and partied all night. FREE wifi device to carry around town is cool (china mobile consumes data at 3x the rate of operators elsewhere in the world so 1.5Gb is nothing), as is the free ipad in room, and in-room bluetooth is awesome. TV channels are limited, but there's a stunning operating interface to navigate them. Pay per view movies were outrageously priced at HD$150...but then so is all of HK.”

“The staff was super helpful and kind. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also unexpectedly large. The view was superb. The breakfast was fresh and well maintained. The rooms were clean. The extras - like the wifi transmitter were a much needed bonus when traveling with phones on airplane mode. The hotel felt well equipped but intimate and never crowded.”

“Really nice hotel. Looks nice, good design. Great location, all the shops and little HK restaurants you need downstairs. Plus in Wanchai you're basically anywhere you need within 30min. The bathroom is very spacious and nicely designed. Had some cool gimmicky stuff as well (e.g. could play music on the build in room speakers through bluetooth)”

“I chose this hotel because it was in a convenient location close to my office. The hotel staff is extremely nice and trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example I requested to change the room, and they made it possible in less than 30 minutes. which brings me to the negatives however.”
