They are super caring and get you everything you need. I also recomment to book dinner with them as they will offer you a very good introduction to the japanese cuisine. They do not just serve food, they supply you with a delicious meal and tell you all about it: what it is, what you need to do with it, how you eat it, what it is good for... We stayed two nights but got different dinner. They waiters also took really good care of us constantly paying attention to empty bottles and plates. Good view on Mount Fuji on a bright day!”
