“Good bed, decor comfortable and simple, spacious and very clean bathroom, and the sitting room in the atrium on the second floor was comfortable and inviting for reading, playing cards, visiting, and enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. The location of the property is great with restaurants in the same building and close proximity to some of Spokane's best restaurants and shopping!”
“Beds were comfortable, the hotel is very historic feeling.”
“Incredible renovation/revitalization done professionally and sympathetically. Beautiful interior spaces to enjoy. 24 hour coffee and tea available. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast at sister Hotel Ruby.”
“Loved the room with high ceilings and beautiful windows even though it was a small room.”
“Very cool historic hotels, one of the first in Spokane. Nicely restored and decorated. Free coffee and tea 24/7 in the atrium, which also has a nice fire and couches to lounge on. Awesome art throughout the hotel.”
“The room was large and comfy with a nice jetted bathtub.”
“Location was grea. Lots of good restaurants in the area. It is in the center of the arts district. Also easy off on the freeway.”
“The hotel was a beautifully renovated hotel originally constructed in 1899. It is a member of the Historic Hotels of America. High ceilings, comfortable beds, and a parlor with a fire place on the 2nd floor to just relax. It takes you back in time and accommodates you comfortably. There is a restaurant in the basement, called The Gilded Unicorn. This was the boiler room when the hotel was originally constructed, and the food is fantastic! I will stay at this hotel upon every visit to Spokane. And the price is way too low for this beautiful historic hotel.”
“Lots of history. Modern updates without losing its historical charm.”
“Historical but clean and comfortable. Great amenities. ”
