“The room wasn't very clean and either was the bathroom / the toilet was still diray and my husband has to clean it”
“I found the bed was way too soft, manager said all rooms the same and mine wasn't the only complaint. Bathroom tiny with a big shower, but knob to switch from rain shower to hand held missing. Reported this and nothing done in my week long stay. SOME BUILDING WORK ON LARGE FENCED SITE OPPOSITE , BOBCAT WITH JACK HAMMER.”

“Location of the hotel is very good. King Cross station is just 10 mins walk. Coles supermarket is only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of cafe and restaurants close to the hotel. The one bedroom apartment is spacious, with a kitchen and balcony too. Housekeeping cleans the room everyday and change the towels. Free wifi and very good room rate for the 1 bedroom apartment. CBD area where all the shopping centers are is just 10mins by train from Kings Cross. Bondi Beach, Darling Harbour and Sydney Opera House are all within traveling distance by bus or train.”
“Unobtrusive and cosy, adjacent to eating places, it blends into the area well. Being close to the train, with one stop to Martin Place, it was easy to see the highlights of Sydney. The roof top chairs have a view of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House”

“The staff are absolutely awesome - so helpful and welcoming. Location is very good, short walk to the Cross and plenty of great food places nearby. The bed was too soft for me which is why I gave it a lesser vote for comfort. We would definitely return to this hotel.”
