“Small and friendly place in a convenient location, home cooking, comfortable room. Rooms located in a small block back to back, parking more or less outside, each room has a small outside seating area, the restaurant was not open as such in the evening but the owners cook for the guests, which was actually rather nice.They were concerned that guests were content and helpful with local information. I was only passing through and this was ideal, not so far from the motorway but in a rural/semi rural location and peaceful. There are no other bars/restaurants nearby as far as I could see but don't expect evening entertainment! I chose this because it was off the main route and not a chain hotel, it did not disappoint in that respect. In France it provided value for money.”
“I was expecting a motel style property, a country location and a delightful host .... all expectations were met. Good value for money - it's sort of like a deconstructed B&B because the host makes you feel that he's welcoming you into his home. I really enjoyed the conversation with the host at breakfast and would definitely stay again if travelling the same route.”
