“Very friendly proprietor. Unusual place, very 1950s/'60s USA-style, which the owners are clearly aware of and which they accentuate with the decor. I loved it's quirkiness. The 4km walk to La Charite sue Loire was more like 4 miles, but worth the effort as its a beautiful little town,”
“Being a motel, it was particularly handy for reversing my car directly in front of my room. Despite being next to an autoroute, the road noise was well subdued for sleeping, thanks to the wind down shutters. Reasonable insulation between each room as well. Bedroom and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable.”

“A lovely 70's style motel with the only thing missing is a flickering neon sign. The proprietor was very friendly and went clearly out of her way to assist us whenever possible. She and her daughter do a great job of keeping the 70's atmosphere alive while maintaining the current standards. The rooms were in style, simple but very clean. If you're looking for a nice location with real value for money this could be it. You will need your own transportation and you will ned to travel for a meal, to La Charité for example, which is also worthwhile and only 5 kms away.”
“Warm welcome with a tea tray. Room simple but adequate and comfortable. You can park outside which was really helpful as we were on route to Spain and didn't want to empty the car completely. You can drive into Charite sur Loire which is pretty. Near main highway so easy to continue on our journey. Easy to exercise our dog outside.”
