“We asked for non smoking room but we smelled it on the first we step into the room. Luckily it's easy to switch to another room located at the non smoking floor”

“Very inexpensive 1 bedroom suite. They allowed 10 AM check in. Breakfast buffet very good. Because of United flight cancellation, I arrived 1 day late - the hotel accepted the change "no charge." The Mutiara en JB is an old friend - as usual, they did everything right.”
“Comfortable Bed and good room lighting. Restaurant staff cleared the plate quite often, so will not end up with no space on the table”

“We reached the hotel at 4PM however was a little bit disappointed that our room was not ready. Probably because the staff did not want us to wait for too long, they upgraded us to a suite instead. The room was clean and huge. Just a little bit of feedback though; there was a strong 'damp' smell emitting from the toilet, most likely caused by the toilet bowl. Maybe the management can look into that. We were staying at room #437. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will definitely come back again. Not forgetting that the breakfast is perfect too!”

“The rooms were big, in fact, i was upgraded to Deluxe rooms which was a nice gesture. Spacious rooms and great location as its just next to Holiday Plaza. Very bright lights and comfortable KING sized beds or 2 Queen sized beds for Deluxe Rooms. Special mention to a staff, Fabian who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help.”
