“On the first night the room that they gave me (212) was very dirty. In between the bathroom tiles were lots of black molds and one wall was covered with mold as well (I have photos that would like to send to health authorities). I have allergy to mold and could not sleep the whole night and had asthma attack, therefore the next day asked to change my room.”

“I used this hotel on a business trip, it sits right in the middle of West Berlin, close to Zoo. Friendly staff. Fast check in, new and soft beds and nice furniture. And close to the U-bahn that makes traveling Berlin nice and easy.”
“We loved breakfast. No matter how picky you are, you'll find something for you. The hotel is located couple of 100 metres from the metro station and it has good connections to the city enter of airport. Just make shure you walk to the right direction, since it's not marked.”
“Personnel is attentive and speak spanish and english. Safe neighborhood, with access to a U-bahn station 200 meters from the hotel. Breakfast is reasonably ample.”

“Bed was super comfy and big. The room was spacey. The breakfast was excellent, also have gluten-free food and for example soya milk for vegans. On sunday you can have breakfast till 12pm, that's great. We also use the opportunity of late check-out on sunday, at 17 pm which is free. The metro is 2 minutes walking from hotel.”
“The receptionist called Nalan was absolutely fabulous. She greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful, I could have asked for a better greeting and service. She also allowed us to check in early as arrived earlier than expected and upgraded our room for free. It was our first time in Berlin and one of the best experiences. We are definitely coming back, thank you”
