What sets it apart is its fabulous staff - friendly, accommodating and very helpful. E.g. they offered me a room much earlier than the official check-in time so that I could change before going to my meetings; they sorted out all my transport and even negotiated with the cab drivers for me; they were always happy to offer tips and information on the area. I have only stayed here twice, but some of the staff recognised me, despite last time being months ago. I will def return when I'm back in the country in the Autumn.”

It was located in the financial district, which may not be best for tourists...but it's right above a Subte station, which makes getting around quick and easy. The restaurant was overpriced, but I'd expect that from a hotel restaurant anywhere. The cafes nearby are easy to find and reliable.”
