“Location for exploring Salamanca is excellent. Did not use hotel catering as we prefer normally to eat out in nearby restaurants of which in this case were plenty. Staff very helpful and valet parking”

“We booked a suite because on the booking.com website it looked good value and photos seemed fine. In actual fact the suite was tiny and facilities in it were old and tired. The toilet was so small my knees touched the wall when i sat on it!! Most of all the suite was next to a car park and on a ground floor which was very noisy near the street. We did not sleep a wink! When we complained management were excellent and moved us to a new room in another part of the building. The new room was far more modern and extremely comfortable! My sincere thanks to the manager! He handled this superbly. Had we been given this type of room our rating of the hotel would have been far better. Reception staff during the day were excellent.”
