“Staffs are very courteous and we were upgraded to a ski slope view as it is off-peak. Interior decor of the hotel/ room looks tired but well kept (clean). Location of the hotel is unbeatable since ski slopes are located right at the doorstep. Free shuttle service is offered from JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station took us approx 40 minutes and is hassle free. Would totally recommend travelers to check it out as an alternative to Niseko (Hokkaido). Not to mention you can save on the air tickets ^^”
“Easily accessed free shuttle between train to hotel. Ski in ski out always more convenient and secure lockers available for gear. Late spring ski season meant limited meal options- many restaurants were closed, but for 2 night stay wasn't a huge problem.”

“Me and my parents stayed for 1 night and loved the room with ski mountain view so much. The room was complete with bathroom & toilet with washlet/bidet, amenities & towels. There was a firework show that night and it was so spectacular & memorable for the three of us. The rotenburo (open-air bath) was amazing but during the last day of my stay, it was snowing but since I had to leave early, I couldn't go into the rotenburo while it's snowing....The restaurants inside the hotel were packed with good food & the wifi was fast but the only downside was the snowboard rental fee was kinda high but overall we enjoyed our stay so much!”
