“The rooms and experience are designed to reflect the age of the property so it really felt like we'd gone back in time. The rooms were very large. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. There is also a bar/restaurant next door that is part of the same site that was very great too. Particularly with 2 for 1 drinks on Wednesday. The hotel also had its own outdoor areas to sit down in for a break or to have a drink or a meal.”

“This PLACE TRULY IS AN EXPERIENCE. THE PROPERTY IS CENTRALLY LOCATED A REAL PALACE WITH BIG SPACIOUS ROOMS WITH A HUGE TUB AREA AND A SEPARATE BATH . THE MANAGEMENT I WOULD CALL THE OWNERS COS THEY TAKE PERSONAL CARE WITH EACH AND EVERY GUEST WAS A DELIGHT .AMBICA THE MANAGER WAS JUS A WONDERFULLY HELPFUL AND A SWEET PERSON. THE STAFF WERE VERY NICE .THE PROPERTY IS A TOTALLY STUNNER FOR SOME ONE COMING OUTSIDE INDIA . IF U ARE BOOKING CLOSE U R EYES AND SAY YES.HAND PICKED STAFF AND STAR PROPERTY.”

“This is the old palace converted into the hotel. So the old wooden furniture, old beautiful paintings, kingdom photographs, looks elegant. Even very specious bathrooms are also nice. At the back side of hotel, there is a huge swimming pool and peacocks and peahens too!”
“Naila is a charming and authentic palace run by the young and charming descendants of the original Mahārāja. Its comforting that the family actually lives there, in fact they occupy the top floor. so in many ways its really like staying with a family. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, if at times it feels as if they and not sure what their job is.”
