“the most pleasing part about our stay was the hospitality of the staff. it was so good to see smiling faces everywhere and staff always ready to help whatever the need be. We had gone to attend a conference on 22/1/17 at the same venue so we checked in the hotel on 21/1/17 but due to unavailability of rooms being totally booked since there was a wedding we could not get the late checkout - our train being at 2230 hrs. on 22/1/17. But the staff, specially at the reception went out of their way to help us accommodate my 1 yr. old kid and 2 nieces at the hotel premises while we were in the Conference. We would definitely love to visit again for longer holidays. Keep it up Narayani Heights!!”
