“I used to stay in this hotel 10 to 12 years ago that seemed to be an ordinal airport hotel. But for this time I found significant renovated room overlooking autumn leaves reflecting on the pond. Feel relaxed and comfortable stay.”

Not for an individual experience. - Free and frequent airport shuttle - this was the main selling point and very easy to use - Lots of choice for food but only within the hotel. Buffet, chinese, Japanese and rooftop restaurant with cocktail bar. - Convenience store/ supermarket on site.”

“Great onsen. Spacious and clean room. Shuttle buses are convinient to/from the airport, although the trip takes 35 mins, not 10-15 as they advertised. Nice and plenty of choice for breakfast.”
“The shuttle bus to and from the airport ran on time and efficiently. The room is comfortable enough, clean enough and works well for an overnight stay at Narita. It also provides a shuttle bus to Narita town and I would have used it had I had enough time to explore that area. The price of my room was reasonable and I would be happy to stay here again if I could get the same value. Be aware that there is nothing around the hotel of touristic interest.”
