“We had a warm welcome by 2 of the staff only available at the front desk upon arrival despite it was about 11pm. They allowed us to temporarily park my car just outside the front lobby and one of them helped my wife carrying the heavy luggage and led us to the room. We loved the free offerings in the minibar which was well stocked with drinks and snacks. We have also been taken care of for the early morning departure with the morning call and efficient check out.”
