“Big room,apparently we were upgraded at no extra cost (we'd originally booked a patio room) . Room and bathroom was huge. Great view onto Raffles (not the main entrance) and street, we were on level two. Breakfast facilities very nice also. Desk staff very helpful in advise regarding cabs and Uber, appreciated their help.”

“Loved everything about this hotel - the decor, the staff, the location and the facilities. Staff were round twice a day with water, clean towels and coffee refills for the coffee machine in your room. Rooms had Apple TVs. The reception and restaurant was the most beautiful smell...you could actually smell it from the street. Rooftop pool was just perfect! Loved this place. I had originally wanted to book the Marina Bay Sands, but this place had much more character. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time :)”
