Important Notice
- There is a free shuttle service from Kintetsu Line Kashikojima Station to the hotel. To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>Alternatively, guests can take the marine taxi at an extra cost and enjoy views over Ago Bay as you make way to the property. The taxi however can only be reserved for 2 guests or more. The maximum number of guests the taxi can hold is 11. A reservation must be made at least 1 day before the check-in day.<br><br>Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Children 2 years and under can stay in existing beds. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box.<br><br>Please note that adult rates are applicable to children 3 years and older. Please contact the property for more details.<br><br>Please note that the maximum occupancy of the room includes all children and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
