“Convenience and price.”
“It was near to the railway station and to the city centre, making travelling from and around Perth easy. It had windows that opened (I have stayed in some places where windows can't be opened, and find those very uncomfortable), so when I was ill on the Monday I could stay in and appreciate the cool breeze. The room was clean and pleasant. Having paid through the nose to stay in bad accommodation in the past, I found this very good value for money.”
