“The room was really good. Staff is helpful and friendly.”
“Large hotel with decent breakfast and convenient location. A single bus trip (1.5 RMB each way) gets you to the Longmen Grottoes and a bus trip with one transfer takes you to the White Horse Temple complex. We found Apple Maps very useful in China with English directions even for public transit. Lots of eating places close by with a range off food and pricing. After some initial confusion on my part during check in when the initial credit card hold amount was larger than the quoted room rate and I realized that this was due to a deposit many Chinese hotels charge, I ended up with a room rate even lower than on my reservation! Staff is very friendly though English level is low and a translator app is typically needed.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean with no cigarettes smell. I love how the hotel provides real Chinese tea set and hot water machine in every room. You can do your own tea ceremony in your own room, basically. The machine usage took just a bit of time to figure out, but once you got it, it was so fun and easy. It was definitely a nice touch and thoughtful of the hotel to have this available in the room. Tea drinkers would very much enjoy this.”
“Very beautifull hotel, brand new. Some of the staff speak limited english, breakfast is not included, costs about 3 - 4 euro and is very good : western and chinese ... Absolute recommandation.”
“Room was bright and clean. Glass between bathroom and bedroom was funky and so was the stand alone bathtub! Mr. Shi Guohui at customer service was very helpful booking me a taxi for the day that took me to Tomb Museum, White Horse Monastery and Luoyang Museum. Lady greeting at the lobby was nice touch.”
