“The customer service was excellent at the hotel desk and the bar/restaurant staff. The beds were comfy. The free street parking is actually a public parking lot in front of the hotel so this was nice and convenient! Staff accommodated our request to change rooms and they gave us a room overlooking the street. We thought it would be noisy because of the smokers in front of the building but it was surprisingly quiet and we could keep an eye on our car.”

“Nice place i loved the location not in the center but not so far from it with a lot of shops and retaurants and bakeries and parks and small canals perfect for walking, and food and things prices there in the neiborhood are cheaper than center amsterdam, only one bus from airport "bus 69" and it will drop you near to the hotel, and tram and alot of bus stops and tram stop are near there only one tram to dam square "tram 17". i loved the staff as well they were all sweet, helpful and kind. The room is vary good for me big, clean and comfortable with a nice view on a canal, except that there was no water-heating katle in the room, neither a refregirator i would enjoyed a hot water- katle in the room, but there were 3 or 4 vending machines in the lobby even a cigarettes vending machine.”

“I stayed in this hotel over Christmas last year and it was so convenient, the tram stop is about 5-10 minute walk from the hotel depending on walking pace just perfect distance to have a smoke on the way. There is a lovely park area just opposite also. I booked to stay here again as I drove to Amsterdam, it has free parking which is rare for a property that is fairly close to central. I had to make a stop at a train station due to road works however this worked in our favour as we then got on a tram that took us straight our destination. they also let us check in 3 hours early too!”
