“I LOVE this cute hotel so much!!! The employees there are super kind and helpful. They helped me to order taxi and give me many useful suggestions. Every time when I got back to the Hotel, they will ask me if I want some tea or coffee. Their regular breakfast is 7:30 am, however, as I need to catch the early train, they provided my breakfast at 6:30 am, and the breakfast was so rich!! When they got to know I need to take a long distance train, they even asked if I need them to prepare a lunch box for me! This is the best hotel I ever stayed in Russia. I love them!”
“The level of the service was amazing excellent! The staff was always very friendly, quick and reliable. I never had such a fine service ever in any other hotel before! This gave me an almost being-at-home feeling. I can recommend to book here to everyone.”
“friendly service, they do all to make you feel at home! Thank you!”
“Super-friendly staff, complimentary candies. Personal cooking for breakfast.”
“Very friendly staff always ready to help. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast (you can choose by the menu) and fresh orange juice. Located not in the old town but very close to it (5-10 minutes by taxi via the bridge. Taxi to the center is cheap enough: 100-150 rubles).”
“This hotel belongs to the type of small, cozy hotels, almost guest house. It is very rare for Russia. The staff was great, very hospitable, open, friendly. The room was clean, also there was the possibility to choose the room. Everything was great!”
“Friendly personal, comfort, presents and surprises from hotel.”
“All the stuff people are super friendly, as if I was a close relative who came to stay.”
“Free upgrade of room was offered:) Excellent location if you're travelling by car. Staff is very friendly and proactively helpful.”
“The service was among the best I’ve had outside of luxury hotels in Moscow. Highest category rooms are great, design is simple but nice, and a very nice complimentary afternoon tea is served every evening. Breakfast is very nice except on the last day when everything was not freshly made — maybe because we were late for breakfast. Good value and good English spoken.”
