“The location is fantastic- right next to the shinkyo bridge and the entrance to the stone paved route to the temples, and bus stop for Lake Chuzenji and Keogon Falls. All the staff is great - very courteous, but a special thanks goes to a lovely young lady from the Philippines for going the extra mile with warmth and and a friendly smile.”

“Great location on the river, right near Shinkyo Bridge and many of the temples. They have a lovely walking path along the river. Rooms were comfortable. Great beds with comforters, cool mountain air at night with the sound of rushing river water, and light-darkening shades, in addition to more traditional paper screen sliders. Interesting history as well. free wifi, as everywhere else we stayed in Japan.”
