“The room was massive and had all the facilities and amenities that we could wish for. We liked the breakfast which had a great variety of dishes, even suiting vegan and vegetarian diets quite well. Both traditional Japanese fare and western dishes were available. To top it of the hotel was a stone's throw away from the train station and the local bus stop was right next to it, which was handy if you need to reach Kegon Falls or the Toshogu Shrine. The staff spoke perfect english and were really helpful with our questions and queries.”

“Great location opposite the station especially if you have a lot of luggage! Bus stops opposite for taking you to major sights. Very generously sized room for Japanese standards. The most amazing breakfast buffet catering to Japanese and Western tastes. The french toast was delicious! Very friendly staff.”
“Across the street from the train station (JR line). Arrived early but the hotel stored our bags and actually delivered them to our room while we were out enjoying the sights of Nikko. Very convenient for bus transportation as well. Mentioned to dining room staff the first morning that we were leaving on an early train the next morning and incredibly, they opened the dining room a half hour early to accommodate us. Amazing! Thankyou so much!”

“Great location! This hotel is literally right next to Nikko Station (the bus stop is right by it too). It’s also a short walk to the Tobu Nikko Station. There’s also a great super market nearby. Get the room rate that includes breakfast! So worth it! By far the best breakfast buffet ever. Lots of variety to choose from. You can see the kitchen and chefs cooking too. The staffs are super friendly and helpful.”
