“Room allocation is really poor. We booked 3 rooms for double bed and they only had one double bed and two with 2 single bed which they joined but they are no good even if they join them. Some rooms are maintained some are really bad. No wifi. Food is good. Indoor dining area and Garden Restaurant are beautiful.”

“Heritage property, for those that like Best Marigold type locations. Until they sort out the wi-fi (and they have been told by EVERYONE - need more routers as the walls are very thick), it is less suitable for business stays”
“The ambience (if you're into Best Marigold Hotel stuff) is groovy, the place is huge and relaxed. It's a real palace, with real "retainers". It's also one of the few places where there is both a Vegan and a non-vegan menu in the province.”
“The room and bed was comfortable. Croissant ? I did not try. Wifi in cottages needs lot of improvement. Tea arrangement in room need to be improved. TV/Entertainment system is not that user friendly. I think it needs an improvement OR keep a printout of directions to operate the entertainment system. Your staff is good and cheering and helpful. Thanks”
