“The bed was super comfy - best night sleep at a korean hotel. The room was clean. Check-in was fast and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free. Location is excellent. Spa is connected to hotel and you get a free pass each (entry usually costs 10,000-15,000 each). The spa itself has everything; you can get exfoliating scrubs, foot to whole body massages, you can buy any small toiletries you need and sitting in hot spring water, outside in winter, butt naked was just... daebak!”

“Location good, plenty of club, karaoke around if you into that sort of thing, restaurant and shop. I managed to have my friend upgrade me to room with normal Western style bed and also Korean traditional bed. Comfortable bed and amenities. Spa was very good and popular with guests. Bakery and cafe across the road as part of hotel does excellent coffee and pastries / cakes. Parking was included.”
“I stayed in a Korean style room. It was very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They said they only spoke a little English, but the front desk spoke better English than I do. I really enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and brunch. I thought the food was very delicious.
