“Die Lage zu den antiken Stätten am Westufer ist ideal, sie sind teilweise zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber, mein Frühstück war auf Wunsch traditionell ägyptisch und genauso wie das restliche Essen dort superlecker! Es steigen sehr nah zum Hotel jeden Morgen zur Dämmerung Heissluftballons auf, was fantastisch aussieht aber eben auch entsprechenden Lärm verursacht. Wen das stört, der sollte sich um eine andere Unterkunft bemühen - ich fand es allerdings nicht schlimm.”

“Simplicité, silence, Pittoresque, relation simplement et naturel, accueil, bon cuisinier, un tout en un avec chauffeur et guide ( demandez Mohamed 1 et Mohamed 2: pour nous plus facile. ), proximité des temples et éloigné quelque peu de la ville, des produits frais etc...on peut communiquer en français avec le guide. Nous apprécions aussi son savoir-faire et surtout sa faculté à gérer l'histoire et les boutiques à visiter. Il sait arrêter les pressions des vendeurs.”

“Le calme du lieu, dans un village typique où la vie agricole se poursuit de façon traditionnelle. L'hôtel se situe face au désert et à proximité immédiate des sites historiques (à moins de 10 minutes à pied du temple de Medinet Habou). L'hôtel cultive une rusticité soignée, conférant une ambiance de campagne très exotique. Belle terrasse sur le toit donnant vue sur la palmeraie d'un coté et la montagne désertique, de l'autre.”
