- The free shuttle must be booked in advance and operates on a fixed schedule starting at 08:15 from the hotel. The last shuttle from the city centre leaves at 20:00. It stops at Piazzale Montelungo, near Santa Maria Novella Train Station in central Florence, 350 yards from the Exhibition Centre.<br><br>Please note that the outdoor pool is open from May to September.<br><br>When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Otherwise payment will be requested by another means, and the original card used for the booking will be re-credited.<br><br>If the name on the credit card used for the booking does not correspond to the guest staying at the property, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted at the property.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “The hotel is close to the airport - by car 10 mins. They have a shuttle into the centre however beware they have limited seats so you need to let reception know in advance. The airport shuttle also doesn't operate all day so pointless if you are arriving late. The room looked much nicer and modern in the photos but wasn't as nice in reality - the hotel is quite old and worn. My room had nothing plugged in - the fridge/tv/lamps were all off and the wifi was pathetic I had to go out in the lobby to use it. I was only there for one night so it was alright but I do no recommend this hotel as a base for florence as there are so many better options available in Florence.”
