“Very sterile environment. would never stay there again. In their description of their location they underestimated the distance to the Historic district...which was very deceiving and hence, MUCH TOO FAR FOR A VISIT FOR A FEW DAYS TO LISBON! The staff was initially unaccommodating, the bath was not draining, the windows don't open unless you ask for reception to help. The room is unappealing; quite grey & sterile not enough windows nor lighting. If you have a conference here, it's okay, but a waste of time to take the metro with a walk up a very steep hill back at night...inconvenient for a visit to the city.”
