“The room was clean, spacious and very hi-tech! The staff had put in a cot for our little boy as requested. The bed was very large and comfy and staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. They all made us feel very welcome and at home. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here whenever we go to London now. Also, check out is later than many hotels at 12pm.”

“Really good hotel in a great location. The hotel has its own car parking (unusual for central London). Rooms are stylish and contemporary and have everything you need. If you don't want budget, and want to avoid the heavy costs of 5 stars the Novotel is a perfect fit.”
“Muffins were left for us for a family members 9th birthday and she was given a soft toy and yoyo. Lovely touch. The room was stunning and very clean with a full view of the Shard, and the staff were very polite and helpful. lWould definately stay again! Just wish the breakfast was at a more reasonable price. l”

“The receptionists weren't well trained on how to use the systems. Check-in was very slow and we did not feel that the staff was providing a 4 star service. When we asked for toothbrushes, disappointingly there was only 1 left in the whole hotel.”

It was my daughter's birthday and they left a card and cake in our room and wished her a happy birthday. They could not have done more. I hope the staff enjoyed the chocolates we left for them 😍”
