“It was a really nice stay at Novotel! We booked a room with bath but we got one with shower at the first time. As soon as the staff knew that we want a bath, they changed it for us immediately!”

“The hotel is located in/near the Confluence shopping center which makes it very convienient for doing some quick grocery shopping. The hotel's interior looks brand new, modern and stylish. The bar/rerstaurant is on a high floor and has a beautiful overview over the river and the hills on the other side of the bay. Furthermore, there is a large terrace so you can enjoy the view from outside. The room (double room with river view) was modern and compact, I (almost) did not miss anything. Breakfast was - for the price - pretty nice and plenty. The staff was helpful, kind and their English was good. All in all, I would stay here again.”
“the rooms were large, comfortable, lots of light, plenty of room, service staff are friendly, lady at the front desk was really helpful and friendly, always helps! Its in a really nice area, only downside is you need to take a cab or use transport to get to bellecour but its a nice place to stay, definitely recommended.”
“The hotel is located right next to the Confluence shopping centre, and the scenic vaporeto boat ride from confluence into the city centre is not to be missed. Car parking is convenient and reasonably priced.”
“Hi, Our journey was good since the location of the hotel is excellent. It is between the river and the newest modern shopping center of Lyon. It is very pleasant to walk around and have coffee. There is also a boat taking you to the center in approx20 mins.”
“Location is good, easy to get to from the airport. (RhoneExpress train from the airport, cut straight through the Part-Dieu train station and hop on the T1 tram.) Also being in a very nice shopping centre means that there are several restaurants and bakeries on hand if you don't want to venture towards the centre of the city. Room was of a very good size, good bathroom, very clean & comfortable with a nice view of the river.”
