“The staff were extremely friendly and excelled themselves in looking after our needs beyond what what was expected. They gave us easy walking directions to Hadrian's Villa and also to Restaurant Franco where the local's eat real Italian food at local prices and not the tourist food served up as Italian in tourist areas. The driving directions and where to park when going to Villa D'Este, were excellent as without them, parking would be impossible.”
