“Very friendly and helpfull staff, location very convenient on lakeside, very clean room and nice balcony with view on the lake.”

“I stayed here twice during my trip in Nepal and thought it was great both times. My first room had a beautiful view and my second room had a very comfy double bed . The staff were so friendly both times - the first time I stayed, as I had a quick turnaround before my next leg of my trip, my laundry wasn't finished in time (they had pre-warned me of this), so the lovely receptionist was concerned I'd be late for my yoga class snd drove me herself - with me on the back of the scooter - to the venue. Can't get much better service than that! The showers in both rooms were powerful and hot (very good post trek!) And I loved that we got some of the little bottles of smellies in the bathroom (not many other hotels of similar price offer this). It's certainly the small things that count! The rooms were really clean and it felt a relief to be there after a long journey there (unlike some rooms I'd stayed in elsewhere for a similar price which were a bit grotty).”

“Breakfast was really good - hash brown, egg and toast like you get in most places. Staff were really friendly and attentive and the room service was so handy! Room was really nice and clean, no problems with the hot water. WiFi was a tiny bit slow in the room but not impossible! Perfect location.”

“Probably one of the best hotel I have stay in two months traveling! I wanted a nice place to relax after the Annapurna circuit and everything was PERFECT. The ladys working there were very kind and welcoming, the room was spotless, the bed and duvet were so comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, wifi and aircon worked well, and it is really well located. You can find cheaper but this hotel offers great value for money.”
