“The hotel is centrally located. It's proximity (walkable) with the Lord Ananth Padmanabha Swamy's abode, market place etc. makes it very convenient to the visitors. The Bus station at East Fort is an added advantage and connects you to every part of the city.”
“The staff was very polite and accommodating. I was even allowed to choose and pick from different rooms available on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable with A/C as well as a TV. I had an evening train on the day of Check-out, so they even accommodated my request for a late Check-out and allowed me to store my luggage with them. Location is excellent with it being right next to the major railway station as well as being right on M.G. road, the heart of the city. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent although you have to go outside the hotel to a restaurant next door. ”

“Cleanliness was good although the facilities are old. WIFI was good. Hot water supply was good though limited at a time due to small heater. Room house keeping poor. No body turned up to clean the room. . The room I stayed was spacious. Though a/c was in bedroom only. It was adequate.”
