“Typicals Israelian Food - good quality!”
“Good breakfast, nice views over the Dead Sea, clean and comfortable rooms & facilities.”
“Food was good. bed was comfortable. The main lamp did not have a bulb in it but was plugged into the wall. There is a nice view of dead sea, but it is only a meter wide and that is the only window in room. Most of the television channels are in Russian (which can be a positive if you speak Russian), rather than english or even hebrew. Parking is barely available and the lot is not near the rooms (3-5 minute walk to the elevators). Limited elevator (one regular, one shabbat) for the amount of traffic that uses them. Also they gave me the wrong key to the appartment 3 times, which is about 8 minutes from the room, so it took about 45 minutes to actually get into my room once payment was done. Total it took us 1:30 hours from when we drove up to the check in to when we opened the door to our appartment. They have few people at the desk and not enough people to answer calls and check people in (also applies when you need to call). At the same time, the concierge people are nice. The food is good, but if you arrive too late you might get yelled at. This is fine for someone who lives in Israel, but feels unwelcoming if you are a foreigner. It has the same/similar restaurant and options as Oasis Spa, another hotel with the buildings linked. I left some clothes in the closet, and when I asked over the phone to see if I could pick them up: 2 times they hung up on me after asking for me to wait, and 1 time”
“The beds were very comfy,the rooms were cleaned regularly. The bathrooms were the best we've stayed at in hotels. The food was fine and fresh. The spa was excellent and we enjoyed a lot of different treatments. The private beach is well kept.”
