“We especially appreciated the map with top places to eat, to see and to shop in the neighborhood compiled by the hotel team. All the places recommended by the map turned out to be fabulous! The reception staff went out of their way to accomodate all our needs!”
“The location is quite convenient for catching a concert at the Velodrome. The room was pretty clean, with a couple of exceptions (see comment). Be advised, there is no elevator. We were on the fifth floor. I don’t mind stairs, so not a negative, but some may like to know this.”

“The staff at this hotel has the highest standards of customer service I had encountered in a boutique hotel. One example was that I had forgotten my travel adapter plugged in the room and a couple of days the manager sent me a message saying they were going to post it to my home. The breakfast was delicious, the room quiet and clean. The area of Prenzlauer berg great for shopping and eateries. It is great value for money!”
