“This property was beyond our expectations with excellent service and rooms. Breakfast was provided with either a healthy option or cooked if you were extra hungry. It was the little extras that made this property a joy to be there for instance offering drinks on arrival, providing sun screen if you needed it and if you needed any help at all they were there to help.”

“Everything was thought of and it was like a home away from home - although I wish my home were like this. Hermanus is beautiful, hotel is in stunning location, you really can see whales from the room (at the right time of year), decor is so well thought through - grown up and elegant. Outside of your room you will find a little station for tea / coffee / Amarillo. Rooms are very comfortable and the hotel feels very private with everyone having their own space. Natasha is a gem. I wish we had had longer.”
