“We were upgraded to an exec room (from club) after mentioning it was my husband’s birthday. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are decorated beautifully. Location is also perfect for historic Pantiles and the High Street. Breakfast had a good choice and my poached eggs with avocado were delicious. Our waitress was particularly friendly. Comfortable bed with quality linens and pillows and nice bright bathroom with rainforest shower and deep tub. Overall a great location, friendly and helpful staff and would return.”

The only thing that would make the hotel better is if they had their own spa/pool but for what I needed it’s perfect!”
