“The staff helped us check in early when otherwise we would have been stuck. It was our last day and we had to switch hotels and still had one day at the parks left. If they hadn't helped, we would have had a lot of baggage and could have possibly missed Disney Hollywood!”

“Took forever to be picked up from the airport. Waited over an hour forpickup. The only room available was one with 2 full size beds had toorder a cot which turned out sleeping on the floor was better. Whentalking to the front desk the woman was rude and could not be botheredby us ... I guess the ok price was enough to be looked down upon ...never again ! So answer is nothing”
