“Nice location and lovely grounds right outside of the hustle-bustle of in-town Arusha. Were able to walk into town.”

“An excellent place managed really well. They have a very good restaurant which caters for a wide array of cuisines. They even have a small pool to fool around. We extended our stay by a day as we have had lots of things to do in and around Arusha and the 'O' Lodge was just too good to leave. The place is totally green and welcoming. Its easily accessible from the center of town at the same time is quiet and away from the hustle bustle. The place also organizes shows, They had a local group come and display some acrobatics and mind blowing fire performance ( would have had bigger audience if they had mentioned to all the inhabitants of the place).”

“Great staff totally happy and ready to take care of whatever we wanted. Taxi drivers on staff to take you where you want to go. Laundry was fast. Our room was comfortable and clean. Had everything we wanted. Arusha doesn't need AC. Had a quiet fan in our room which worked perfectly inside the mosquito nets. Did not have any issues with mosquitos in room. Can be a little buggy at dusk out by pool. Brought bug wipes with us which took care of it. Even hot water once we figured out the faucets. We stayed six days so pretty much ran the gamut of breakfast and dinner. All was good basic food. Not a gourmet location, but totally reliable when you have to work or rest. And again, staff will get you whatever they can. Beautiful well kept grounds. Pool was actually cool.”

“Great hotel post safari. Excellent restaurant on site, staff are helpful, both at the hotel and in the restaurant/bar. I went shopping one day and Luca one of the hotel staff escorted me and a pair of Dutch travellers who wanted to see a bit of the city. Was very good of him. The tv was broken at first but a repair man fixed it. The room service and the laundry also was very good. Overall a very good place to stay; very relaxing and highly recommended. Only small problem is wi fi only works at the pool/restaurant/bar area.”
