“We upgraded to a Superior Corner Room on the 12th floor. The room had great city views but also of the construction going on around the building. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A selection of magazines were available along with a comfy armchair. Bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch. Staff were friendly, polite and obliging. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would stay again.”

“Being a Parramatta local I have an array of potential locations to stay at, but I always find my way back to the Parkroyal. Walking through the hotel I forget I'm staying locally, it's a clean and luxurious environment where the professional, friendly staff have always made me feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel is close to shopping centres, business centres, food outlets, a major train station/ bus terminal, and cabs to key city locations are a breeze. I can't wait to go back!”
“I like how helpful the staff were with us. We had a long day before staying at the hotel and the staff were so kind to us. I enjoyed the deal we got with Booking.com as we ended up with many extra benefits, like champagne and access to the club lounge. The club lounge is amazing! I love the breakfast there. The food was fresh and delicious. We always ended up very full after breakfast. The Gym facilities were good. I enjoyed swimming at the pool, though it was a little small for the size of this hotel.”
