“A really luxurious hotel in the heart of San Francisco. The reception area is just beautiful, and the staff were all really friendly and lovely! The front desk receptionist even gave me an upgrade which was an unexpected bonus. The room was fabulous, I had a palace suite, which was comfortable and enormous. The gym and pool facilities were a great way to start the morning, and they opened nice and early. Overall, a great stay, and would highly recommend!”
